Coverage Area
We currently have local appraisers that service San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Houston, Corpus Christi, Midland/Odessa, Uvalde, Del Rio and all the places in between. If we don't have an appraiser in a particular area, we will try to locate one for you as quickly as possible and get your order processed.
Our Process
- Once you have ordered your appraisal, we will assign it to an appraiser from your panel of appraisers.
- Once the order has been accepted, the appraiser will set up an appointment to view the property.
- The portal allows you to send messages if you have questions or concerns and our staff will answer as quickly as possible to ensure any issues are addressed.
- Once the appraiser completes and uploads the report, we will process the payment, produce a paid in full invoice & compliance certificate and deliver the report to you.
- We prefer that revision requests or reconsideration of the report be noted on the portal so we can have a record of all communication regarding the report.
